Biography
Dr Tanjir Rashid Soron received his MD in Psychiatry and MPH after his MBBS. He is currently working as Head of MindTale which provide as a nationwide mental health service by phone in Bangladesh. He is the founder of the “Telepsychiatry Research and Innovation Network” that gives a perfect ground for telepsychiatry researchers and others to explore and share various ideas. Dr. Soron is playing a key role in research on technlogy based interventions for Neurodevelopmental Disorders in Bangladesh. He is also leading few childhood development and mental health screening and severity assessment tools. Dr. Soron is exploring the impact of Facebook on mental health of child and adollocent. He is also working as a member of editorial board of several international journals.
Research Interest
Technology based interventions for adolocent, Effect of technology on child mental health, Neurodeveolmental Disorders and developing of Telepsychiatry service in developing countries.
