Key advancements include tailored exercise prescriptions, continuous patient support through wearables and virtual platforms, and AI for predictive analytics. Tele-rehabilitation expands access, while AI enhances risk stratification and treatment. Wearables provide real-time data for progress tracking. Digital therapeutics, mHealth, and VR/AR are improving engagement and adherence. Genomic insights and behavioral interventions further personalize care. The focus is on accessible, efficient, and patient-centric models.
