Abstract

This research synthesizes current evidence on outcome measures in pulmonary rehabilitation, covering exercise capacity, dyspnea, quality of life, and psychological well-being. Key instruments like the 6MWD, SGRQ, CAT, ISWT, and mMRC dyspnea scale are evaluated. The importance of patient-reported outcomes, adherence, and technological advancements in outcome measurement is discussed. The findings underscore the necessity for standardized, validated measures to improve comparability and clinical decisionmaking in pulmonary rehabilitation.
