It examines various barriers including socioeconomic, geographic, cultural, and financial factors, as well as health literacy. The studies advocate for tailored interventions, policy reforms, digital health solutions, and inclusive research practices to address disparities. The collective findings emphasize the importance of community engagement and culturally competent approaches to ensure that all individuals benefit from cancer prevention efforts.
