Abstract
Advanced facade systems enhance building energy efficiency through innovative materials and designs. Performance-driven design optimizes thermal, lighting, and structural properties. Renewable energy integration, \textit{Life Cycle Assessment} (LCA), and smart technologies further improve sustainability. Building Information Modeling (BIM) optimizes performance, and retrofit strategies upgrade existing buildings. These advancements create more efficient and comfortable environments.
