Abstract
This collection of studies highlights the pivotal role of advanced \textit{Magnetic Resonance Imaging} (MRI) techniques in
the comprehensive management of soft tissue sarcomas. Techniques like Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), radiomics, dynamic
contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI), whole-body MRI (WB-MRI), and combined PET/MRI significantly enhance diagnostic ac
curacy, tumor characterization, and treatment response assessment. These modalities aid in differentiating benign from malignant
lesions, classifying sarcoma subtypes, predicting chemotherapy outcomes, and detecting metastatic disease. Emphasis is placed
on quantitative imaging markers and the specific utility of MRI in pediatric populations, underscoring its non-invasive nature and
precision in personalized sarcoma care.
