Abstract
This document synthesizes research on advanced industrial wastewater treatment technologies. It examines Advanced Oxidation
Processes (AOPs), membrane filtration, constructed wetlands, electrochemical oxidation, hybrid systems, adsorption, anaerobic di
gestion with membrane bioreactors (AnMBR), photocatalytic degradation, and electrocoagulation. The focus is on efficient pollutant
removal, sustainability, resource recovery, and overcoming challenges like fouling and recalcitrant compounds. These technologies
offer diverse pathways to improve water quality and reduce environmental impact from industrial activities.
