Abstract
This compilation reviews key advancements in dental radiology, focusing on the impact of artificial intelligence (AI), cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), and other imaging technologies. AI and machine learning are enhancing diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, while CBCT proves vital for evaluating impacted teeth, endodontic procedures, implant stability, and periodontal bone loss. Emerging techniques like DECT and the continuous effort to reduce radiation doses are also discussed. The research underscores the evolving landscape of dental imaging for improved diagnosis and patient care.
