This compilation of studies addresses contemporary approaches to diverse foot and ankle conditions. It features advancements
in arthroscopic surgery, regenerative therapies like PRP, and prosthetic solutions such as total ankle arthroplasty. The research also
delves into management using external fixation, surgical techniques for Achilles tendon ruptures, and non-operative treatments
like ESWT for ankle instability. Additionally, it examines surgical outcomes for hallux valgus and pes planus, the role of advanced
imaging, and the critical management of diabetic foot ulcers. The overarching theme is the pursuit of improved patient outcomes
through refined surgical techniques, innovative therapies, and comprehensive care strategies.
