Abstract
This compilation of studies explores the cutting edge of skull base imaging, focusing on advanced CT and MRI techniques. It highlights how these modalities are crucial for diagnosing diverse pathologies, including tumors, infections, congenital anomalies, and vascular lesions. The role of diffusion-weighted imaging, tractography, dual-energy CT, functional imaging, artificial intelligence, and intraoperative MRI in enhancing diagnostic accuracy and surgical planning is emphasized. These advancements collectively contribute to improved patient outcomes in the management of complex skull base conditions.
