Abstract

Research on Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) offers a comprehensive view of its diagnosis, pathophysiology, and long-term implications. Key findings highlight the utility of plasma biomarkers and advanced neuroimaging for precise diagnosis and prognosis. Studies detail the role of neuroinflammation, blood-brain barrier disruption, and effective management strategies for mild TBI. Advancements in neurorehabilitation, unique challenges in pediatric TBI, and the profound link between TBI and subsequent neurodegenerative diseases are also explored. The broad impact of TBI on sleep, cognitive, physical, and psychosocial functioning underscores the critical need for multidisciplinary interventions and sustained support systems for survivors
