Abstract
This research synthesizes recent breakthroughs in diverse energy harvesting technologies, focusing on powering small electronic
devices and IoT sensors. Advances in piezoelectric, thermoelectric, and triboelectric nanogenerators, along with perovskite solar
cells, offer novel approaches to convert ambient energy like vibrations, thermal gradients, airflow, and solar radiation into usable
power. Key areas include flexible and wearable devices, micro-scale generators, and hybrid systems. Challenges in efficiency,
stability, and scalability are being addressed through innovative material science and device engineering.
