Abstract
This collection of articles addresses critical aspects of neonatal respiratory disorders. It covers the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of common conditions such as transient tachypnea of the newborn, meconium aspiration syndrome, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, and persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn. Advances in therapeutic strategies, including surfactant therapy and novel ventilation techniques, are highlighted. The influence of maternal health and environmental factors on neonatal respiratory outcomes is explored, alongside the long-term sequelae experienced by survivors. The overarching theme emphasizes the importance of early intervention, multidisciplinary care, and personalized medicine in improving neonatal respiratory health.
