Abstract
This compilation of research focuses on cutting-edge developments in coating technology, encompassing sustainable materi
als, advanced functionalities, and enhanced protective properties. Key areas include bio-based epoxy resins, self-healing coatings,
nanomaterial-reinforced systems, sol-gel silica coatings, and hybrid nanocomposites for UV protection. Furthermore, research into
superhydrophobic coatings for anti-icing, thermal spray coatings for high-temperature use, and antimicrobial coatings is presented.
These advancements aim to improve material durability, environmental compatibility, and performance across diverse industrial
applications.
