Abstract
This collection of research highlights significant progress in geothermal energy, focusing on improving extraction efficiency,
resource assessment, and sustainability. Innovations in drilling technologies, reservoir characterization, and advanced materials
are addressing the challenges of harsh underground environments. The integration of digital tools like AI and machine learning is
enhancing predictive capabilities and operational optimization. Furthermore, research explores expanded applications through en
hanced geothermal systems (EGS) and the high potential of supercritical systems, while also emphasizing environmental monitoring
and integration into hybrid renewable energy grids. These efforts collectively aim to bolster the reliability, efficiency, and economic
viability of geothermal power generation.
