Abstract

This research encompasses a spectrum of advanced materials designed to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. It details novel perovskite architectures for improved solar cell performance, phase-change materials for building thermal management, and biomass-derived aerogels for super-insulation. Innovations in thermoelectric materials for waste heat recovery, transparent conductive oxides for energy-efficient devices, and self-healing materials for infrastructure durability are explored. The work also addresses nanostructured materials for efficient hydrogen storage, earth-abundant catalysts for electrochemical energy conversion, bio-based
polymers for sustainable packaging, and lightweight composites for fuel-efficient aerospace applications. These advancements collectively aim to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
