Research also delves into the influence of crude oil composition on wax deposition, real-time pipeline monitoring via fiber optics, and corrosion mitigation strategies for sour environments. Improved thermodynamic modeling and the exploration of bio-based inhibitors further contribute to ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable hydrocarbon production.
