Abstract
This review synthesizes recent advancements in radiology reporting, emphasizing standardized terminologies, structured reports, and the integration of AI to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. It explores challenges and opportunities in AI implementation, the impact of structured reporting, and best practices for clear communication. The importance of accurate documentation, the utility of NLP, standardized reporting of incidental findings, automated report generation, patient-centered communication, and quantitative imaging biomarkers are also discussed, all aimed at improving patient care.
