Abstract
This compilation of articles reviews advancements in therapeutic psychiatry, encompassing pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and
neuromodulation for mental health disorders. It highlights personalized treatment strategies informed by genetic and clinical factors,
and the integration of digital health tools. Novel antidepressants, psychotherapeutic interventions for anxiety, and neuromodulation
for severe illnesses are examined. Lifestyle interventions, precision psychiatry, integrated treatment for comorbid disorders, and
mindfulness-based approaches are also discussed, alongside ethical and practical considerations for advanced therapies.
