Abstract
Artificial \textit{Intelligence} (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are revolutionizing oncology, enhancing cancer detection, di
agnosis, and personalized treatment. These technologies leverage deep learning for medical imaging and liquid biopsy analysis,
improving early and accurate cancer identification. AI drives precision oncology by analyzing genomic data for therapeutic deci
sions and biomarker discovery, while also advancing digital pathology and drug development. Though challenges exist, such as data
interpretability and ethical considerations, the focus on Explainable AI (XAI) and integrated data approaches promises to further
refine risk prediction and treatment strategies, paving the way for more effective and patient-centric cancer care.
