Reinforcement Learning (RL) optimizes path planning and cooperative control in swarms. Security is enhanced by blockchain, while AI-powered solutions address energy efficiency challenges. Considering human-drone interaction and ethical aspects is vital for safe integration. Ultimately, cognitive UAVs offer transformative potential for smart city applications, reshaping urban landscapes with intelligent aerial capabilities.
