Abstract

Ankle arthroscopy is a minimally invasive technique for diagnosing and treating ankle joint conditions, offering advantages like
reduced pain and faster recovery. It is indicated for impingement syndromes, loose bodies, osteoarthritis, and ligament injuries.
Current applications include managing ankle osteoarthritis, arthroscopic removal of loose bodies, and reconstruction for chronic
instability. Technological advancements improve visualization and precision. While complications are low, they are reviewed with
prevention strategies. Rehabilitation is crucial for optimal outcomes.
