Abstract

This compilation of studies examines diverse interventions for enhancing communication in autism spectrum disorder. It covers augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), social skills training, early joint attention, visual supports, speech-generating devices, parent-mediated approaches, play-based and video modeling interventions, pragmatic language deficits, and adult workplace communication.
