Abstract
Biomarkers are essential for identifying individuals at high risk of cancer, enabling personalized prevention and early intervention. Liquid biopsies, epigenetic modifications, proteomics, microRNAs, metabolomics, and genetic variations are key areas of research. Multi-cancer early detection tests and AI integration are transforming the field. Targeted prevention strategies guided by biomarkers maximize efficacy and minimize adverse effects.
