Abstract

diagnostic methods, and management strategies. It covers conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, stress fractures,
and ankle sprains, detailing treatment approaches including rehabilitation, orthotics, and footwear considerations. The importance of
accurate diagnosis and a multidisciplinary approach for optimizing athlete outcomes is highlighted.
