Abstract
This compilation of research delves into the diverse applications of biomechanics in understanding and improving human health
and performance. It covers clinical applications in physiotherapy for injury prevention and rehabilitation, biomechanical analyses
of gait in osteoarthritis, and the use of wearable sensors for occupational lifting. Further studies examine footwear biomechanics,
shoulder joint mechanics in athletes, balance control in the elderly, and orthotic interventions. Biomechanical modeling of the tem
poromandibular joint and the effects of spinal manipulation therapy are also explored, demonstrating the integral role of biomechanics
in diagnosis, treatment, and enhancing functional outcomes across a wide range of clinical and performance-related contexts.
