Abstract

This document synthesizes research on the psychological aspects of cardiac rehabilitation. It highlights the significant role of psychological interventions, social support, and stress management in improving patient well-being and adherence. Addressing depression, anxiety, and low self-efficacy is crucial for better recovery outcomes and enhanced quality of life. Mindfulness-based interventions show promise in managing psychological distress
