Abstract

Effective communication in bioterrorism events is paramount, requiring transparency, trust, and tailored strategies. This involves rapid dissemination of accurate information, proactively combating misinformation, and deep understanding of public risk perception. Drawing lessons from past health emergencies like COVID-19, frameworks emphasize community engagement and ethical considerations. Building and maintaining credibility before a crisis is essential for fostering public compliance and enhancing overall community resilience during biological threats.
