Abstract
Cardiac rehabilitation plays a vital role for diabetic patients, improving cardiovascular health and functional capacity through supervised exercise, lifestyle education, and psychological support. These programs significantly reduce cardiovascular complications and hospital readmissions. Tailored exercise prescriptions and multidisciplinary care enhance glycemic control and overall outcomes. Patient education and psychological support are key to self-management and adherence. Remote options increase accessibility, while long-term engagement strategies are crucial for sustained health.
