Abstract
Cardiac rehabilitation programs are vital for enhancing patient quality of life post-cardiac events. They focus on improving physical function, psychological well-being, and social integration. Adherence to rehabilitation is linked to better health outcomes. Specific components like exercise, education, and psychological support are key. Long-term benefits and the effectiveness of various program types, including home-based options, are actively researched. Multidisciplinary teams and nurse-led interventions contribute to comprehensive care and improved patient outcomes.
