Abstract
Multidisciplinary cardiac rehabilitation is a cornerstone for improving patient outcomes after cardiac events. It encompasses exercise, risk factor management, education, and psychological support. Technology integration via telehealth and wearables is enhancing accessibility and engagement. Addressing psychological distress and promoting lifestyle modifications are crucial for recovery and secondary prevention. Personalized programs, tailored to individual needs, are vital for optimizing adherence and clinical results. The economic benefits and role in heart failure management further underscore its importance.
