Abstract

This collection of systematic reviews examines diverse aspects of climate change adaptation and resilience across global development. It covers mainstreaming adaptation into policy, urban Nature-Based Solutions, community resilience frameworks, and climate finance challenges. Key areas include Ecosystem-Based Adaptation, health system strengthening, and agricultural strategies for food security. Furthermore, reviews address water resource management, social equity in adaptation planning, and infrastructure resilience. Collectively, these studies underscore the urgent need for comprehensive, integrated, and equitable approaches to effectively mitigate climate impacts and foster sustainable development.
