Abstract
Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a progressive vascular disorder characterized by elevated pulmonary arterial pressure and increased vascular resistance, leading to right ventricular dysfunction, reduced exercise capacity, and impaired quality of life. Traditionally, patients with PH were advised to limit physical activity due to concerns over exertion-induced complications.
