Abstract

Digital physiotherapy platforms are transforming rehabilitation by offering remote access, real-time feedback, and personalized
treatment plans through technologies like sensors and VR. These platforms improve accessibility, patient engagement, and outcomes.
Advancements include wearable sensors for objective biomechanical data and AI for enhanced diagnostics and personalized therapy.
Challenges related to data privacy and clinical validation persist, while telehealth and remote monitoring enhance care delivery. Future
integration with EHRs and a focus on cost-effectiveness and user experience will drive wider adoption and improved rehabilitation.
