Abstract
This research synthesizes advancements in sustainable bioenergy and biochemical production. It covers catalytic conversion
of lignocellulosic biomass, microalgae cultivation, enzymatic hydrolysis, bioethanol from agricultural residues, thermochemical
processes, bioenergy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS), microbial fuel cells, biodiesel from waste cooking oil, anaerobic
digestion for biogas, and microbial production of platform chemicals. The collective work emphasizes diverse feedstock utilization
and conversion technologies to foster a greener bioeconomy.
