Abstract
This research synthesizes findings on the economic viability of diverse strategies within the chemical industry. It covers techno
economic analysis of new processes, scaling bio-based production, and the economic benefits of process intensification, continuous
flow manufacturing, and digitalization. The feasibility of carbon capture, renewable energy integration, circular economy models,
advanced separation technologies, and green chemistry principles are also evaluated. The collective insights emphasize the industry’s
focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.
