Abstract
This document synthesizes research on postural stability training, highlighting its importance in fall prevention for various populations. It explores diverse interventions, including sensory-based exercises, FES, VR, task-specific training, sensorimotor integration, core stability, NMES, dual-tasking, and WBV. These methods demonstrate significant efficacy in improving balance, gait, and functional mobility, underscoring their value in rehabilitation and healthy aging.
