Abstract
This compilation of articles underscores the critical role of quality control (QC) in medical imaging for ensuring diagnostic accuracy and patient safety. It covers essential aspects such as standardized protocols, equipment calibration, and advanced techniques like AI integration for artifact detection. Specific considerations for digital radiography, MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound, PACS, and interventional radiology are discussed, emphasizing the need for consistent image quality to support reliable diagnoses and effective patient care.
