Abstract
This research synthesizes current evidence on manual therapy across physiotherapy disciplines. It examines techniques for chronic low back pain, neck pain, upper extremity disorders, sports injuries, and osteoarthritis, alongside biomechanical aspects of spinal manipulation and the placebo effect. The importance of evidence-based practice, personalized care, and the integration of manual therapy with exercise is emphasized. While short-term benefits are frequently reported, the need for further research into long-term efficacy and comparative effectiveness is noted.
