Abstract
This compilation examines the critical role of clinical exercise physiology in managing chronic diseases. It covers applications
in cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, and neurological conditions, as well as mental health and elderly care. The emphasis is on
personalized, evidence-based exercise interventions and interprofessional collaboration. Emerging areas like high-intensity interval
training and the use of wearable technology for remote monitoring are also explored, highlighting advancements in patient care and
adherence.
