Abstract
Exercise therapy is a cornerstone in arthritis management, offering significant benefits for pain, function, and quality of life.
Tailored programs including aerobic, strength, flexibility, and balance exercises are crucial. Individualized approaches considering
arthritis type, comorbidities, and preferences enhance outcomes. Aquatic exercise offers reduced joint load, while strength training
preserves muscle mass. Low-impact aerobic exercise improves cardiovascular health, and flexibility/balance exercises prevent falls.
Tele-rehabilitation provides accessible support, and addressing psychological barriers is key for adherence.
