Abstract
This collection of research highlights the multifaceted benefits of exercise training in cardiovascular disease management. It emphasizes improvements in cardiovascular function, exercise capacity, and quality of life through supervised and personalized programs. High-intensity interval training, resistance training, and exercise for frailty are discussed as effective modalities. The role of cardiac rehabilitation, including its secondary prevention aspects and the integration of technology like remote monitoring and wearables, is underscored. Furthermore, the psychological benefits and potential applications in specific conditions like HFpEF and post-PCI recovery are explored, collectively advocating for comprehensive exercise strategies in cardiac care.
