Abstract
This collection of studies explores recent advancements in fluoroscopic imaging, focusing on improved detector technologies, iterative reconstruction algorithms, and the integration of artificial intelligence. Hybrid imaging systems, spectral photon-counting detectors, and advanced dose reduction strategies are discussed. Applications in interventional cardiology and the use of augmented/virtual reality for guidance and training are highlighted. Special attention is given to radiation dose management in interventional procedures and pediatric fluoroscopy, emphasizing enhanced image quality, patient safety, and optimized workflows.
