Abstract
This compilation of literature reviews addresses a broad range of ankle and foot pathologies. It covers common injuries like ankle
sprains and fractures, discussing diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation. Conditions such as chronic ankle instability, osteochon
dral lesions, Achilles tendinopathy, tarsal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and peroneal tendon tears are explored, detailing their
pathophysiology, diagnostic methods, and management options from conservative to surgical. Ankle osteoarthritis and gout are also
reviewed, with insights into their etiology, presentation, and treatment. The focus is on accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment,
and effective rehabilitation for improved patient outcomes.
