Abstract

This compilation of research delves into prevalent foot and ankle conditions. It highlights advancements in diagnostics and
therapeutics for ankle disorders [1], biomechanical gait alterations in chronic instability [2], and arthroscopic management of talar
osteochondral lesions [3]. The efficacy of platelet-rich plasma for Achilles tendinopathy [4] and the multifactorial etiology of hallux
valgus are explored [5]. Furthermore, it addresses ankle osteoarthritis [6], novel bracing for ankle fracture rehabilitation [7], neuro
pathic pain management [8], long-term surgical outcomes for ankle instability [9], and shockwave therapy for plantar fasciitis [10].
