Abstract
This research synthesizes current knowledge on foot and ankle rehabilitation, encompassing evidence-based interventions, proprioceptive training, shockwave therapy, biomechanics of diabetic foot, progressive resistance exercise, therapeutic ultrasound, footwear influence, dry needling, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and the psychological impact of chronic pain. It highlights the importance of individualized treatment plans and integrated approaches for optimizing functional recovery and preventing recurrence.
