Abstract
This collection of studies emphasizes the multifaceted role of foot biomechanics in musculoskeletal health. It covers topics ranging
from the fundamental principles of foot and ankle movement to the impact of external factors like footwear and internal changes
due to aging. Specific conditions such as plantar fasciitis and diabetic foot complications are examined through a biomechanical
lens, alongside interventions like orthotics and rehabilitation strategies for ankle sprains. The research collectively highlights how
understanding foot and ankle kinematics is crucial for injury prevention, performance optimization, and the management of various
foot pathologies.
