Abstract
This body of work comprehensively examines the chemical aspects of fuel combustion, encompassing bio- and hydrocarbon
fuels, hydrogen, and synthetic alternatives. It details research on combustion kinetics, soot formation, the influence of oxygenated
additives, and the catalytic conversion of biomass. Studies also investigate fuel thermal stability, material interactions in high
temperature environments, contaminant impacts, and aerosol formation during combustion. The collective research aims to advance
understanding for improved fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, and the development of sustainable energy technologies.
