Abstract
This compilation of research examines the global epidemiology of pain across various conditions. It highlights the multifaceted nature of pain, the necessity for enhanced research and integrated care, and explores specific areas such as chronic pain, neuropathic pain, low back pain, adolescent headaches, opioid use, fibromyalgia, chronic pelvic pain, and cancer pain. Findings emphasize the role of genetic and environmental factors, the impact of global events, and the need for improved diagnostic and therapeutic strategies to alleviate suffering and enhance quality of life for affected individuals.
