Abstract

This overview covers diverse aspects of gynecological screening, from updated cervical cancer guidelines emphasizing \tex
tit{Human Papillomavirus} (HPV) testing and the impact of HPV vaccination, to the persistent challenges in ovarian and endometrial
cancer detection. It highlights biennial mammography for breast cancer and implementation issues in primary care and developing
nations. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in cervical screening and the expanding role of telemedicine in enhancing ac
cess to care are also discussed. Additionally, updated recommendations for sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening in young
women are included, collectively presenting a comprehensive view of current practices and future directions in women’s health.
